Meet Abiye Birku
Meet Abiye Birku, affectionately known around the office as the “Help Button!” Abiye is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is currently the Director of IT and Manager of Solutions and Services at hubTGI.
Q: What is your favourite thing about your job?
A: Every day presents a new challenge or problem to solve both internally as well as for our customers.
Q: What is your favourite thing about hubTGI?
A: The people and the culture.
Q: Who/What do you draw inspiration from?
A: I draw inspiration from everywhere really. I look for inspiring people or stories all the time and try to take something away from their experiences.
Meet Jennifer Louis
Say hello to Jennifer Louis, hubTGI’s expert in Partner Sales Support. If you’ve got a question about billings Jennifer is your go-to team member! When she’s not supporting the sales team you can find Jennifer watching the Leafs or Raptors, and on the weekends you’ll find her outdoors hiking.
Q: What is your favourite thing about your job?
A: It’s always different! No two days are ever the same. I’m always learning something new and growing.
Q: What is your favourite thing about hubTGI?
A: It’s an all-inclusive work environment. I love the “work hard, play hard” mentality and philosophy.
Q: Who/What do you draw inspiration from?
A: I get a lot of my inspiration from being in the outdoors. Nothing can clear my head like a hike through the woods. I’m always inspired after a long hike, or a road trip through the countryside!
Meet Eric Melia
Meet Eric Melia, Sales Manager at hubTGI. He’s a great listener, an important skill for a Sales Manager. Because he’s known for his listening skills, his peers come to him to vent and have real conversations, while his reps come to him with their questions and a little less realness!
Q: What is your favourite thing about your job?
A: Talking with people, every person, and every business is different. Making a sale in a tough sales cycle is very rewarding.
Q: What is your favourite thing about hubTGI?
A: The culture, great place to learn and progress as a salesperson.
Q: Who/What do you draw inspiration from?
A: My parents, my mom was always very sick and it was very difficult growing up financially. I want to do something I enjoy doing work-wise and allows me to not live paycheque to paycheque.
