Ajay Dhingra

President & CEO

Say hello to Ajay, our Owner and CEO! Since 2014, Ajay has been the owner of hubTGI, where he has grown the company from just a few employees to over 50 employees and multiple locations across Southern Ontario and Manitoba. Before his career at hubTGI, Ajay spent almost 30 years working for Xerox, holding multiple positions over the years. Here, he learned his industry knowledge and what clients are looking for from their office technology.

Ajay earned his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Although hubTGI is a family-owned and operated company and Ajay frequently sees his loved ones at work, he also enjoys spending more time with his family and friends outside of work.

Nick Di Paola

Vice President, IT & Digital Services

Nick joined hubTGI back in 2011 as a Senior Account Manager. From there, he held multiple positions, working his way up to Vice President, IT and Digital Services. In this position, Nick is responsible for growing IT and digital services and implementing new technologies to drive sales success. Nick is the most proud of leading the impressive growth of our IT and digital services sector.

Before joining our team, Nick owned his own business where he built websites for SMBs while attending Goodman School of Business at Brock University. Outside of the office, Nick is a charcoal barbeque enthusiast and loves to play hockey!

Abiye Birku

Vice President, Business Innovation

Abiye, our VP of Business Innovation, has been a part of the hubTGI family for over 20 years. In this role, Abiye is responsible for all of our internal systems, IT infrastructure, and the implementation team. He is also a member of our Governance Team, where he is responsible for contributing to the strategy and direction of hubTGI. Abiye loves to learn and share his knowledge to better his team.

Before hubTGI, Abiye worked at the Toronto Metropolitan University. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from the same University. When Abiye is not busy with innovation, he volunteers as a mentor at a local youth program in the community. He also loves camping, soccer, and anything to do with motorsports!

Elisabeth Burjaw

Sales Consultant, Digital Services.

Elisabeth joined our team in 2021 as our Sales Consultant of Digital Services. In this role, Elisabeth consults with clients to understand their workflows and recommend software solutions to solve their challenges and leverage AI and machine learning. Elisabeth loves that she is able to meet with and help businesses across Canada.

Before joining our team, Elisabeth attended McMaster University where she earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree. While she was at university, Elisabeth completed marketing and HR internships in the manufacturing and banking industries. When she is not at the office, Elisabeth loves to play sports and volunteer for women-centric charities.

Renee Dhingra

Director, Marketing & Business Operations

Renee joined the hubTGI team back in 2016 as a Client Development Representative. Since then, Renee has held multiple positions and worked her way up to Sales Director! As our Sales Director, Renee is responsible for leading the sales team, attending client meetings, growing partnerships with existing clients, mentoring, and designing and implementing our go-to-market strategy. Renee’s favorite part of working at hubTGI is how she continues to learn every day and gets to work with the best people. Not to brag, but Renee has also won four President’s Clubs, interviewed with Xerox leaders, and has been named an ENX Difference Maker!

Before joining our team, Renee attended Dalhousie University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science! She also did an exchange program in Australia, attending the University of Canberra. Renee loves traveling, hiking, spin classes, and being a Dalhousie Alumni Mentor!

Lynda Ingram

Director of Finance & Administration

Lynda joined our team back in 2004 as our Director of Finance and Administration. In this role, she is responsible for AP/AR, reconciliations, employee files, and creating weekly financial reports. Lynda loves how inclusive our team environment is and enjoys training and onboarding new team members.

Before joining our team, Lynda was a financial advisor. She received her education from the Earl Haig Canadian Business School. When Lynda is not busy keeping our finances in check, she enjoys yoga, meditation, and spending time with friends and family.

Tia Ghazali

General Manager, Customer Acquisition & Talent Development

Say hello to Tia, our General Manager specializing in Customer Acquisition and Talent Development! In this role, Tia’s main responsibilities include sales rep coaching, communication and collaboration both internally and externally with partners and clients, sales planning, sales forecasting, and recruitment. Tia had a hard time choosing her favorite thing about hubTGI - with the culture, people, and innovative technology we sell at the top of her list. She has won multiple President Club awards and loves to see her sales reps grow.

Before starting at hubTGI, Tia was a sales rep for Vector where she gained her love for helping clients and building strong relationships. She graduated with high honors from George Brown College with a degree in Business & Marketing. When Tia is not busy with our sales team, you can catch her outdoors with her dog Diesel or staying active!

Eric Melia

Senior Sales Consultant, IT Services

Eric joined our team in 2020 as a Sales Executive. Since then, he has been promoted to Sales Consultant, IT Services. In this position, Eric focuses on growing revenue in our Boardroom, IT, and Cloud technologies, supporting reps, and training new sales reps. Eric’s favorite part about hubTGI is the people, and that our team is able to work independently, yet also have support in all areas.

Before joining hubTGI, Eric worked as an elevator mechanic. He attended Centennial College, where he earned his diploma in Business Administration and Management. When Eric is not in the office, he volunteers for the Motionball Marathon of Sport and enjoys golfing and traveling.

Corey Green

Sales Consultant, IT Services

Corey has been a part of our team for over 3 years as one of our Area Sales Managers. His main responsibilities include coaching and training new reps, sales leadership tasks, and consulting with customers on their technology needs. Corey says that he loves how supportive our culture is and that he’s always motivated to come to work - we promise we didn’t pay him to say this! Corey was awarded our Culture Award as a top team player at hubTGI in 2023.

Before hubTGI, Corey worked at another Xerox agency out of the Niagara region where he gained a lot of his industry knowledge and sales skillset. Corey earned his Honors Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Goodman School of Business at Brock University. Outside of the office, Corey enjoys playing music!

Michael Sjonnesen

Vice President, Print & Print Services

Michael has been a part of our team since 2022. Before joining our team, he spent 10 years at Xerox where he gained his industry knowledge. As our Vice President of Production Print, Michael manages our Xerox line of production printers, offline finishing, and wide format printers. Michael prides himself and his team on their knowledge and breadth of offerings to ensure all of our customers get the technology they deserve. Outside of the office, Michael coaches club volleyball!

Brooke Halladay

Sales Training Manager

Brooke joined our team back in 2022 as our Sales Training Manager. Here, she is responsible for onboarding, training, ongoing coaching and supporting BDRs, CRRs, and AMs. Brooke loves that she gets to work with a talented team who are supportive at every step of the way. She is passionate about training and helping young professionals start their careers in the tech industry.

Brooke has many years of industry experience with Xerox agencies, where she has learned a ton about the industry and what clients are looking for. She attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology where she studied Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Robotics. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, swimming, reading and cooking!

Justin Dixon

Chief Revenue Officer

Justin joined our team in 2023 as our CRO. In this position, he is responsible for revenue growth in all lines of business, sales management, and go-to-market strategy. Justin’s favorite parts of hubTGI are a great culture and a CEO who truly cares about his team.

Before starting with hubTGI, Justin worked at Xerox for over 18 years in multiple different leadership positions. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Brock University in Political Science, with a post-grad certificate in Supply Chain Management. Outside of the office, Justin coaches his two son’s Lacrosse team!

Shaun Stokes

Area Sales Manager

Shaun joined our team in 2023 as one of our Area Sales Managers. In this position, he is responsible for coaching and training sales reps, motivating his team, sales forecasting, and performance management to ensure his team is receiving the feedback they need to grow. Shaun remarks that there is no shortage of support and guidance within hubTGI, helping to build a competitive yet collaborative culture.

Before joining the hubTGI family, Shaun lived in Vancouver, working for West X Business Solutions for over 8 years, where he gained his industry knowledge. He attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology where he earned his degree in Marketing Management and Entrepreneurship. When he is not busy training new sales reps he enjoys playing sports like hockey and baseball.

Rachna Singh

Sales Lead, Client Relationships

Rachna joined the hubTGI family in 2021 as a Business Development Representative. From here, she climbed the ladder earning her most recent position as our Sales Lead. In this role, Rachna is responsible for sales strategy development, forecasting, reporting, ensuring clients have a positive experience, and weekly coaching sessions with each CRR. She loves that we foster collaboration and strong team dynamics. Rachna is the most proud of hitting sales targets to qualify for Champions Club!

Rachna earned her BA in Communication and Media Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of the office, Rachna loves playing tennis and spending time with her dog Ollie!

Connor Kozak

Sales Consultant, IT Services

Connor has been a part of the team since 2021 as our Sales Consultant, IT Services. His main responsibilities include managing IT pipeline and ongoing opportunities, IT-related training, prospecting, and technology demonstrations for clients. Connor’s favorite parts about working at hubTGI are the opportunities for career growth and working with people who care about your success. He enjoys how he is able to build lasting relationships with clients and improve internal and external processes.

Before starting at hubTGI, Connor was a franchise owner for a window cleaning business. He attended the Lang School of Business and Economics, a division of the University of Guelph, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. Connor enjoys playing and watching sports, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Weese

Strategic Process Manager for Client Experience

Introducing our Strategic Process Manager for Client Experience, Sarah! Sarah has worked with hubTGI for over two years. In this position she is responsible for managing the customer success team, working with customers to resolve any questions or concerns, reviewing internal processes, and collaborating with the business innovation team. Sarah implemented our ticketing system for customer success, ensuring we are handling inquiries efficiently and accurately.

Prior to joining our team, Sarah worked in the equipment leasing industry for four years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Brock University. Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys walking and cooking!

Christian Calabrese

Sales Consultant, IT Services

Christian has been a part of our team since 2022 when he started as an Account Manager. Since then, he has been promoted to Sales Consultant, IT Services. In this role, Christian is responsible for managing KPIs, pipeline opportunities, IT training, technology demos, and client management. Christian’s favourite part about working at hubTGI is the company culture and training new hires.

Before joining the hub family, Christian worked for the City of Oshawa. He attended the University of Guelph, Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing. Outside of work, Christian enjoys playing hockey, golf, and hiking!
