Our Journey

Today, we are Canada’s largest Xerox Reseller and a full-service provider of business products, printing supplies and technology services – we are hubTGI.

1997

Founded as Bay St. Business Systems, an Authorized Xerox Sales and Service Agent, downtown Toronto.

2013

Bay St. Business Systems becomes Xerox Canada’s largest Managed Print Services Provider.

2014

Tech Entrepreneur Ajay Dhingra leaves 20+ year executive career at the Xerox Corporation to acquire Bay St. Business Systems.

2015

hubTGI forms strategic partnership with ADVANCE2000 to offer Cloud and Managed IT Services.

2017

hubTGI acquires Butterfly Business Products to become Canada’s largest Xerox Sales & Service Agent.

2018

Cloud services expand into Apps & Workflows to convert paper documents into more useable digital data.

2019

Launch full stack of Managed IT and Data Security Services to offer customers one source for technology.

2020

hubTGI.com website is launched to educate current and future customers on the latest threats, opportunities and insights on business technology.

2021

Launch of Unified Communications solutions stack — VoIP & Video Conferencing services and Boardroom Automation Management Technology.

2022

Launch Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to help businesses automate human tasks.
