Toronto, Canada – December 21, 2016 – Toronto-based authorized Xerox agents Bay St. Business Systems and Butterfly Business Products are pleased to announce their recent merger. They have joined forces to create Hub Technology Group Inc. or HubTGI for short.
Hub Technology Group is the product of two very successful Xerox authorized sales agencies, which have grown together in the market and have now merged to create a fully-managed technology services company. The new company will feature Xerox products and systems along with a full offering of technology services including Managed Print, Document Management, Managed IT, Business Process Outsourcing and Office Products.
Co-owners Stephen Brennan and Ajay Dhingra have built their team of dedicated, quality employees to help area businesses to better manage and control their office technology.

The former Bay St. Business Systems location at 200 Adelaide Street West, in Toronto, will be known as hubTGI Central.
The former Butterfly Business Products location at 35 Kelfield Street, Toronto will be known as hubTGI West.
